How is glass integrated into custom doors? +
We use 1/8" or 1/4" tempered safety glass. The door frame is "rabbeted" on the back to accept the glass, which is then secured with removable wood stops or silicone glazing beads for easy replacement if needed.
Transparent, frosted, or tinted glass used to break up solid cabinetry runs and showcase interiors.

How do you achieve a true high-gloss finish? +
We use either a 1mm solid acrylic layer laminated to the core or a multi-stage "cut and buff" lacquer process. Both methods result in a 90+ gloss level with a mirror-like depth that is highly resistant to moisture.

What is the functional benefit of Reeded Glass? +
Reeded (fluted) glass diffuses light and obscures the contents of the cabinet. This allows for a "light and airy" look without requiring the interior of the cabinet to be perfectly organized at all times.

What is the best substrate for a slab door? +
For solid colors, we use Refined MDF to ensure a perfectly flat, mirror-like surface. For wood grains, we utilize book-matched veneers over a cross-banded plywood core to prevent warping and "cup" in the panel.
Flat-panel doors using TFL, high-pressure laminates, or wood veneers for a seamless, modern look.
