For over three decades, Arbor Valley has operated as a full-production cabinet shop — not a reseller, not an assembler. Raw sheet goods and solid lumber come in one end of the building; finished, installed cabinetry goes out the other.
From Lumber to Installation
Material Selection
Each project begins with carefully selected hardwoods, veneers, sheet goods, and stone surfaces, chosen for grain continuity, durability, and design intent.
Precision Fabrication
Computer-guided beam saws and CNC machining systems execute highly accurate cuts and nested components, ensuring every panel and part aligns with the approved design.
Milling & Structural Prep
Solid wood elements are milled, jointed, and stabilized, while specialty press systems prepare mitered edges, bonded panels, and structural assemblies for long-term performance.
Custom Component Crafting
Doors, drawer fronts, floating panels, curved hood forms, and specialty millwork elements are fabricated with meticulous attention to proportion, symmetry, and function.
Edge Detailing
Premium edgebanding, mitering, waterfall transitions, and veneer wrapping techniques create seamless visual continuity from face to profile.
Surface Refinement
Wide-belt sanding and hand refinement processes establish a flawless surface, enhancing grain clarity and preparing every piece for a furniture-grade finish.
Architectural Finishing
Controlled spray environments and hand-applied finishing techniques produce rich painted, stained, lacquered, or natural surfaces with exceptional depth and consistency.
Assembly & Quality Review
Each piece is dry-fitted, assembled, and inspected to verify alignment, reveals, hardware operation, and finish quality before leaving the shop.
Delivery & Precision Installation
From protected transport and on-site staging to final placement, calibration, and reveal alignment, every installation is completed with the same precision as fabrication.
